I switched my Subscriptions to Bloglet. I kept Feedblitz also in case anyone prefers Fb. I've been having problems with Fb, so I would like to see how Bloglet works out. I recommend using bloglet to sign up for alerts. Let me know if this system works out better.Thanks~

ReplyDeleteMy experience with Bloglet is underwhelming. I currently have 2 blogs on it because there were subs and I didn't want to yank the rug out from under those folks when I removed my other blogs from it. I subscribe to my blogs on it, too, to track the feeds, make sure they're working. Whenever Blogger burps or soemthing, Bloglet feeds are deactivated. I often have to go in and reactivate them. I don't know if that means folks don't get some entries or if they catch up at that point.
I much prefer having a feed reader that can read any feed out there, which is why I use Bloglines for my own blog reading. As long as a blog is generating a feed, easy to do in Blogger, then I can read it there.
I don't know anything about bloglet or bloglines but the photo is beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteSo far I prefer FeedBlitz, but none of these things are perfect. I've got this blog on FeedBlitz. (I know I seldom comment, but I'm here. Hi.) I hardly use Bloglet at all, and have had to restart things once so far as Shelly described. But FeedBlitzhas only messed up one of my feeds to date, and I use it extensively.
